Throughout the edible bean industry, manufacturing and processing facilities have a need for equipment which will efficiently and effectively polish the product. LMC’s polishers enables companies to remove the fine dusty film covering the beans after cleaning.

• Auger blending for media and product
• Media is used for a period of 8-10 hours, once it loses its polishing ability it is exchanged for new media
• Two most common types of media are sawdust and rice hulls
• Splits are sifted through top screens to lower screens
