• Prehuller - Used to remove loose hull in the precleaning stages to increase capacity and storage space in following stages
• Aspirator – Used to separate lights (shells and hulls) from heavies (inhull, inshell, and meats) based on aerodynamic profile
• Sizing Shaker – Used for scalping (sticks and hulls) and sifting (fines such as dirt and meal); also used for sizing operations
• Destoner – Used for removal of large stones, dirt clods, and glass in the precleaning stages and precision small stone removal in finishing circuits
• Gravity Separator – Used to separate lights (weather damaged meats and pee wee inshell) from heavies (quality meats) based on density
• Hard Shell Cracker – Used to create hairline fractures in hard shells for easier meat removal
• Shear Roll – Used to separate hulls and shells from meats with a shearing force
• Easy Dump Elevator – Used to gently elevate products
• Vibratory Conveyor – Used to gently convey products
• Accumulators – Used in the meat circuit after the gravity separators to reclaim quality meats from pee wee inshell, thus providing more precise density separation and increasing plant capacities
• VistaSort - Used for separating seeds and upgrading color commodities based on color
